  • Our food hampers are a 3-5 Day Emergency supply only and are for households that are in between checks to make ends meet.
  • Medicare Cards for everyone in the household (physical card) – passports/visitor paperwork/working visa – each visit you must show for every member in the household to obtain service
  • Proof of Address
  • Source of Income:
    • type of weekly/bi-weekly income for the household
    • Child Credit Benefit – Yes or No
    • GST Rebate – Yes or No
  • Eligible expenses: – Need bank statement or copy of actual bill (copy of rent receipt)
    • Rent/Mortgage
    • Power
    • Phone Bill
  • If a cheque has been received ie: Child Tax/CPP/GST/Social Assistance/Child Support or Any Gov payment, we do not serve until 3 days after. IE: cheque on Monday you can obtain services on Thursday
  • Food services will be available Monday to Thursday from 10:00am to 1:00 pm during these days.
  • Each client will have an annual review to update information
  • Clients are asked to provide change of information when required, if prior to their annual review
  • Clients with one source of income are entitled to use the services twice per month and those with more than one source of income may use the service once per month. There must be a minimum of 14 days between visits. We are a 3–5-day emergency supply only
  • Each client will sign the Disclosure Form to be eligible
